If you want to begin shifting your reality, ask yourself if you practice each of these steps in your daily life.

Grab a journal and write each step down. Ask yourself if you struggle with each step one by one. When you look inward, what are your blocks and limiting beliefs? What are you doing that could be holding you back..not what someone else is doing...look at yourself when answering these questions. You are responsible for your own happiness.

Next, ask yourself what would your life look like if you let go of each of these habits. Would you have inner peace and freedom in your life? Would you feel love for yourself again?

What can you put into place now to accomplish each one of these shifts? Create a discipline for yourself. It doesn’t have to be complicated. You really just need to become aware of your habits, so that you can make decisions and responses that are in alignment with your highest good. When you choose to react from a place of love- both for yourself and others, you will create a world of peace, freedom and joy for all.

You don’t have to feel stuck in your life. You have the power to create beautiful transformation. It’s time to start loving yourself again and begin living the life that you have dreamed of.
