WHAT IS THE LAW OF ATTRACTION?

The Law of Attraction (LOA) is the idea that we attract into our lives what we put our most dominant thoughts and energy into. It is my belief that everything is composed of energy- so when you put positive energy into the world…that’s what you’ll receive in return. This is true about negative energy as well. In short, like attracts like.

WHAT CAN YOU ATTRACT?

You can attract anything that you set your mind to. Your dream partner, job, material items, money, a healthier, better version of yourself and anything else you could imagine. It’s important to put careful thought into what you want to attract, so that you receive what you truly want to manifest.

HOW TO USE THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

To begin, you must become clear on what it is that you are trying to attract. What do you want to manifest into your life?

What makes you feel authentic, true to yourself and brings you joy? What inspires you and sparks your creativity?

Reflect on your life. Take time to go within and uncover what makes you happy. Think of the times that gave you a sense of bliss and purpose.

Listen to your intuition to guide you to what feels right.

Next, take action on your goals. You must align inspired action and create vision for your goals.

I love to to create a vision book for this. In my book, I have my goals written down so I can review and affirm them daily. I also review the pretty pages filled with pictures that represent my goals. This gets me in the mode of seeing and feeling the emotion of how amazing it would feel for them to come to fruition! Adding visualization and emotion to your goals ignites the positive energetic attraction to you.

Creating clear goals lets the universe know your intention of what you want brought to you…taking inspired action is what creates the of momentum of attraction, so that it can be brought into your reality.

I will say that when you do this- you should keep an open mind for what you ask for and receive. Sometimes things may come a little different than what you may have dreamed up…so be open to what comes and trust that it will come in divine right time.
