ARE YOU READY TO BECOME A BETTER VERSION OF YOURSELF?

DO HAVE AREAS IN YOUR LIFE THAT YOU JUST FEEL STUCK OR LIKE YOU HAVE NO REAL DIRECTION? DO YOU GET DOWN ON YOURSELF FOR BREAKING PROMISES TO YOURSELF YEAR AFTER YEAR?

IF So, IT CAN FEEL FRUSTRATING, EXHAUSTING AND EVEN DEFEATING.

To be honest with you, I have struggled with all this myself. It wasn’t until I learned to create clarity and vision for where I wanted to go in life that miracles started to really unfold for me. I learned to be committed to taking inspired action.

When you look back AT LAST YEAR, how was your year?

Here are some questions to help you reflect

  1. What has gone well for you this year?
  2. What did this year bring you that you are grateful for?
  3. What goals did you accomplish for yourself?
  4. Did you celebrate your successes?
  5. How have you grown as a person this year?
  6. What habits or limiting beliefs do you have that are no longer serving your highest good?
  7. What goals have you not accomplished yet?
  8. What actions can you start taking to accomplish your goals?
  9. What lessons or struggles have you been experiencing?
  10. What brings you joy?

As you answer these questions, you may find profound clarity with who you want to become

it’s time to let go of what no longer serves you and set an intention for to live with more love, joy and purpose. When we create space for allowing change to unfold, we allow the universe to do its work!

Define your ideal life. New Year, New You!

THE KEY TO REACHING YOUR GOALS

CLARITY & COMMITMENT

STEP 1:
Write down 10-15 goals that you would like to accomplish.

These can be short term, long term, big and small. Use your imagination and put some thought into this!

STEP 2:
Write down how you would accomplish each of them.
• What steps you would need to take to achieve them?
• What obstacles do you foresee that could hold you back?
• What steps could you take to overcome these obstacles?


STEP 3:

Make your goals SMART
• Specific
• Measurable 
• Achievable 
• Realistic (Don’t play too small. Stretch yourself…think of some BIG goals too!)
• Time bound 

STEP 4:
Let’s get some vision!

Using the power of visualization with your goals creates momentum in making your dreams come to life.  

Have some fun finding pictures that represent you accomplishing each of your goals!

STEP 5:
Now it is time to combine your goals with your vision! Make vision board or a vision book. Putting inspired energy into creating vision, sparks your emotions and fuels the Law of Attraction.

Use your creativity and have fun with this!

I personally love to create vision books, so I can carry it with me to review daily.

I have a section that lists the goals that I have set for myself, written in the SMART format.

I have another section just for my goal vision. My pages are made with beautiful background paper and pictures, words, affirmations and quotes that light my heart up each time I look at them! Not only does this help me envision my future self, it helps me feel how amazing it would be to accomplish my goals.

You could also create a vision board to showcase your dreams. This should be somewhere you will see it daily. I have both. I put my board where I can easily review it daily.

If you want to do one or both, GO FOR IT! Use whatever works best for you.

Just have fun with it and ignite your IMAGINATION!

STEP 6:

Commit to creating a routine.

How will you take action towards accomplishing your goals?

You can break your goals down into daily, weekly or monthly steps.

Routine takes discipline and a commitment to yourself- you deserve this! You are so worth the dreams that you have set for yourself.

Plan your days to include reviewing your goals and vision board and work on the steps needed to make your dreams come true. 

The key is your commitment! Get clear & take inspired action- your dreams are waiting for you!
